Demana Invest focuses primarily on multifamily, retail, and commercial assets in both established and emerging markets. With our aggressive approach to sourcing opportunities, we look to identify off market properties that fit within our investment criteria.
From the proper selection of the property to the full realization of the project and exploitation, our hands-on approach ensures that we maximize the efficiency of each step. We fully understand that the success or failure of the entire investment relies on the success of each individual detail.
Through established relationships with lenders, we are able to secure advantageous financing while ensuring long term stability through modest leverage. Each of our investments target a 2-5 year timeline which provides short term flexibility with longer term insulation in the event of market turbulence.

EUROSTILL`s factory is built on 15 000 square meters area, on its own plot of 73 537 square meters. The total investment is more than 20 million. Door production technology is German and has been developed together with a leading technology consulting company. Machines in the factory are the leaders in the industry. Raw materials to produce our doors are the best German, Austrian and Japanese firms FANTONI – Italy, CERESIT, SCHWEIGHOFER – Austria, SIMONSWERK – Germany, IMAWELL – Germany, CHIYODA – Japan, RENOLIT – Germany, PURIPLAST – Italy, LA-CON – Italy, KROENING – Germany, KOBLENZ – Italy, OTLAV – Italy.
METRON® S.A. is a company with a status of the premier kitchen and home design market leader, renowned for the uncompromised quality of its products, their sophisticated design, unparalleled delivery times and extended five years’ warranty.
With its own, built-to-suit production floor, spreading over 12 500 m2, including several production lines, thoughtfully designed to allow simultaneous customization tasks to be performed without interruption to the standard production flows, complimented by 6 500 m2 secured warehousing facilities, METRON® S.A. greeted the new Millennium with the largest Bulgarian furniture distribution network, as well as with established exports to the markets of the majority of Balkan and EU countries.
